Please read the T&C’s carefully before purchasing; by purchasing with The GelBottle Puerto Rico you’re agreeing to these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions apply to the use of this website and by accessing this website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out here. If you do not agree to be bound by these terms and conditions you may not use or access this website. These terms and conditions abide by The Consumer Contract Regulations. You’re welcome to print or store these terms for your own records.
Daisy’s Nail Company Ltd using the trading style The GelBottle Puerto Rico owns the copyright, trademarks and other intellectual property rights in all material and content on this website, which you may use, download, copy, publish, transmit or otherwise make available by any other means only for your own personal, non–commercial use. Any other use or reproduction of the material or content is strictly prohibited. You may not create any link to this website without prior written consent, nor may you restrict or inhibit the use or enjoyment of it by anyone else. While we will use reasonable endeavors to verify the accuracy of any information we place on The GelBottle PR website, we make no warranties, whether express or implied in relation to its accuracy. This website contains material which is owned by or licensed to us. This material includes, but is not limited to, the design, layout, look, appearance and graphics. Reproduction is prohibited other than in accordance with the copyright notice which forms part of these terms and conditions. Occasionally this website may also include links to other websites. These links are provided for your convenience to provide further information. They do not signify that we endorse the website(s). We have no responsibility for the content of the linked website(s).
Wherever the term “Working Days or Hours” is featured, this excludes bank holidays, weekends and public holidays such as Christmas. When you place an order with The GelBottle PR you will be sent an order confirmation detailing your order, this is giving you ample opportunity to correct any possible errors (such as incorrect size or color). Should you have any complaints, please send them to the contact information detailed at the bottom of this document. These terms and conditions apply to all transactions on this site. They do not affect your statutory rights.
Adding to your order: Due to our fulfillment and shipping processes being automated unfortunately it is not always possible to add to your order after it has been placed. However at our discretion on some occasions we might be able to add to your order. The following conditions must apply:
- You contact The Gelbottle PR within 24 hours of ordering and advise us that you wish to add to your order
- Your order ad on is $100 or more
- Your order has not already been fulfilled in our warehouse and booked for dispatch with our courier
If all 3 conditions are not met, you will need to place a new separate order for your add on
Prices are subject to change but are correct at time of posting. Any glitches, errors or typos are not required to be honored. If an error or inaccuracy is discovered with regards to the advertised price of the goods that you have ordered, we will contact you as soon as possible by e-mail. This will be to inform you of the correct price of the goods and to ask you if you wish to continue with the order at the amended price, or to cancel the order altogether. Prices are displayed in US Dollars.
We can not accept any payments over $5000 Via PayPal or Credit Card. These payments will have to be made by debit card or BACS Payment (Bank Transfer). Any contract for purchases made through the website will be with Daisy’s Nail Company Ltd, using the trading style The GelBottle Puerto Rico. The GelBottle PR must receive payment of the whole of the price for the goods that you order before your order can be accepted, and the contract formed. By purchasing these products from our site you confirm that they're for professional use.
To redeem a gift card you must first open an account. The value of the gift card is only redeemable in goods. Any unspent funds will show on your account as a credit.
You will be advised on an estimated dispatch date upon placing your order. Please allow 1 to 5 working days estimated dispatch time. Orders received after 12:00 will be processed the next working day. We try to keep our inventory status as current as possible, but in some cases, we may be out of stock of your item. If that is the case, we will notify you by email.
We are not responsible for lost packages. Recheck the address provided before completing your order. If when tracking your package, it shows the package is "Delivered", contact your local Post Office. If you provide a wrong shipping address and the package is returned to us, you would need to pay the shipping again for us to send it again. Otherwise, you will be refunded the money for the merchandise received.
Domestic PR shipments are all one price. We cannot be liable for all and any international import duties and taxes if they occur.
All good purchased during any promotions are not returnable unless faulty.
Discount Codes & Vouchers
Discount codes and vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers and cannot be applied to sale items.
Returns & Cancellations
We ensure all items that are posted to our customers are of the highest standard but if there is ever any damaged product and you need to return it/them, we do accept returns. All damages and claims must be notified within 24 hours of receipt. Items must not have been opened or used. The packaging of non-nail gel products must be undamaged. Unfortunately, shipping charges cannot be refunded on any refunds or exchanges. Your new product will then be dispatched to you at a charge of $6.95 to cover postage, admin and packing. This can be paid via PayPal or “ATH Móvil”. Once your order has been collected from us by our courier, you will not be able to cancel your order. Any authorized refunds will be in the form of a Credit Note. If you wish to return an item, please notify us in writing. Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Items marked as being reduced will be exempt from the returns policy.
Returning Custom Items
Custom made items are exempt from The Consumer Contract Regulations – the only exception being is if they’re faulty, not as described, not fit for purpose or any other fault of The GelBottle PR. In this case, please refer to the returns section of this document.
All pre-orders are ordered and set aside for each buyer. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept cancellations on pre-ordered items.
Every effort is made to ensure that all our product imagery is as accurate as possible. Due to colour/resolution settings on electronic devices, the colour representation may differ slightly from the physical product.
